Just a short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cayucos, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the open-concept, upper level living room-bar-dining room-kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and entertaining. With its stunning views, everyone can enjoy every moment of their time together. The adjoining living room has a wall mounted flat screen television. Also on the upper level are the Master bedroom with a king-sized bed plus a full-sized sofa bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and full bath with a jetted tub. A powder room is also located on this level. The floor below has two bedrooms. The front room has a king-sized bed and a private balcony from which you can enjoy the gorgeous views. Great property in Cayucos with amazing views of the Pacific and Morro rock. Within walking distance to the beach, though we didn't as we were there as a point to travel north, south, and to SLO. Downtown Cayucos is close as is Morro Bay. Easy ride to so many great spots. Spacious and clean.

This home was a pleasure to stay in. Panoramic ocean views, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated. Bed in the master was the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed including many spices. All modern amenities made it a pleasure to cook in. Just a note for anyone with mobility issues, there a lots of stairs but this home and the views are worth it if you are able. The host was super responsive and helpful. Safe and quiet neighborhood. From the the 1st view when you get up to the picturesque sunsets near the end of the day, the outside views are both calming and beautiful. This was our second time staying at this beautiful home, and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time! The views are truly breathtaking, and there is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, and the teen/young adult kids to be alone as needed. As I mentioned in my previous review - do consider whether stairs are an issue for anyone in your party. For us, we settled my mom on the main floor and so she only had to go up and down when we needed to drive anywhere (vehicle in the garage, two floors down from the main floor.) If anyone in your party has mobility issues, then this might not be the best place for you. If you are mobile and don't mind a short drive to the beach, then it's just perfect. I also mentioned in my previous review that there is limited space to store food, other than on the peninsula counter. We made it work with just five of us, but larger groups might have to scale down the amount of food they bring to have enough space for everyone to sit. I also would recommend the homeowner consider adding double-layer towel bars to both of the full bathrooms. There is limited space to hang towels, and it's essential that they be hung in a single layer to dry, not folded over, due to the humidity in the area, being so close to the ocean. But other than that, what can I say - this house is perfection! Everything was squeaky clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Thanks again for a great stay!

We stayed at this wonderful home for a Mother’s Day get together with family. I can honestly say that this is the cleanest, best maintained house we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, close to everything and the view was AMAZING!!! This home’s amenities and decor were second to none and so comfortable and inviting. The property manager, Kelly was so responsive to my many inquiries and could not have been more accommodating. If you’re looking for a place to stay along the coast this one will not disappoint!

We loved this property and especially loved all of the organization and accommodations. We had twin infants and the master bedroom was the perfect size for us and accommodated their pack n plays well. The only issue we had was we were contacted by the property manager on a Saturday night at 9 to turn the outside light out because a neighbor complained. The house rules specified that we turn lights off when we go to bed. We were clearly still up, it was rather early especially for a weekend, and we needed the light on in order for a family member to park and walk up the path and easily see the front door. I think this request was rather odd considering we were not breaking rules; however, she was nice about the request.

I'd rather have a beachfront property, but that would cost much more. We felt we got good value with this house. A 10 minute or less walk to the beach or a 2-3 minute drive. Maybe 5 minute drive to downtown Cayucos. The highlight is the ocean view - from Morro Rock to the Cayucos pier. The place seems new. Very clean and fresh. But know that there's 3 flights of stairs from the street to the kitchen/livingroom. I expect we will return.
