• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.

• The master bedroom with king size bed, located on the top floor of this home includes beach and ocean views, personal balcony, a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
• The second and third bedrooms are also located on the top floor, one includes a queen bed and the other includes two twin beds.
• The 4th bedroom is located within the garage on the main level of the house and it includes a twin over full bunk bed
• The 5th bedroom is located on the bottom floor of the home and includes a king size bed and twin bunk beds with attached bathroom.
• The main living area includes cozy furniture, high ceilings and large windows. The open floor plan leads the living room directly into the dining room which features a deck overlooking the creek.
• The large kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for the entire family! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive decks just off the kitchen, also overlooking the creek!
• The downstairs den has another TV, comfy seating and games for the entire family to enjoy. The downstairs also has its own entrance to the backyard.
• Laundry is available on site and located in the garage.
• BBQ located on the balcony off the kitchen.
• Additional amenities include ping pong table, foosball, boogie boards and beach towels.
No Smoking on premises and No Pets allowed!
Please note the rock fireplace located in the living room is not operational.

We had a wonderful time. Great kitchen even with 11 women running around. Electricity could use some work. Experienced a couple stinky outlets (electrical smell). Slow draing master bathtub. But we had a great time. Our sisterhood will be back next year. Thanks for a great home.

The house was stocked with everything you would need and was clean but showed its age. The decks are in dire need of refinishing, and the dining room table and chairs were aged (we even saw a slightly broken chair when we arrived). With all these things, the house was perfect for our needs. The BBQ is a propane BBQ not a charcoal BBQ as advertised. The place is close to everything, we loved it, and would come back again.

The house was nice. Parking was easy but instructions were odd. Unfortunately the first day we had no hot water and tried to fix it with their instructions. It ruined hours from our morning and 8 people could not shower. It was fixed later the next day. The living room smells like cat pee. No adjustment was offered for no hot water and our inconvenience. Because of this, I could not recommend. The master shower was not kept up and look dirty.
