At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this quiet, spacious, well appointed home is perfect for artists, writers or those wanting to get away to enjoy the the tranquility of the magnificent California Coast. Vaulted ceilings throughout, open living/kitchen/dining area and balcony overlook nature and the coast. The deck area both above and below are fantastic for watching sunsets.

Second bedroom, has a queen bed, and opens to an outdoor sitting area and view of the Harbor.
*This property does have 9 steps leading to front door and once inside there are 13 steps down from main living space to bedrooms and full baths .

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this exceptional property.My wife and I along with our adult daughter were looking to get away from the valley heat and wanted a quiet, serene place with a water view to celebrate my 87th birthday. We were more than pleased with our selection. Very unique architecture with open beamed ceilings, unique art work and collectables on display and so much more. Everything was above and beyond our expectations.

House was a perfect place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We loved relaxing in the hot tub with views of the bay. Armstrong park was amazing! Looking forward to coming back and hearing the surf and eating more clam chowder!

Great property! It is very warm and inviting. Great follow through w/ property manager. Everything was easy and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely would stay again.
