About this house rental
Grebe is a 2 story 5 bedroom, 3 bath home built at the end of the cul-de-sac. This home overlooks the 8th fairway of The Links at Bodega Harbour. It has amazing views of Bodega Bay, Bodega Head, Doran Beach to the North, Tomales Bay and Point Reyes to the South.The living room has a wood stove, game table, TV with cable, DVD player. On the main level you have a master suite with a king bed, TV with cable, DVD and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and slider that opens out to the patio with the hot tub. The 2nd bedroom is across the hall and has a queen bed next to a bath with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms are all upstairs, 1 with 2 twins, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a full, all sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room table that seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. There is large patio with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table that can be accessed through the living room slider. The Grebe home has a 2-car garage, washer and dryer and includes linen. No pets.
Beach Access:
To walk to the beach from the Grebe house it will take about 10 minutes. Walk down the street and stay left onto Gull Drive, the beach trail will be on your left. The walk from the trailhead to the beach is about 4 minutes. There is also a short trail to the beach using the access at the Club House, the drive will be about 5 minutes and the walk from there another 5 minutes.
