In the heart of Norddeich, you'll find this cozy vacation rental with its own private rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.
The apartment is very centrally located and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Ocean Wave and the sea. Restaurants, shops, and the new Deck are all within a few minutes’ walk.
The “Deichhaus Oben” vacation rental is a beautiful, modern apartment located on the first floor of a three-family home.
The living-dining room, featuring an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a couch, two armchairs, and a cozy dining set, offers plenty of space for a game night with family or friends. From here, you can step out onto the beautiful private sun terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol and is simply perfect for sunbathing or relaxing.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms; one bedroom features a double bed with a satellite TV, and the second bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms also have blackout pleated blinds.
Due to an open granite staircase leading to the first floor, children under 6 years of age are unfortunately not permitted for safety reasons.
The modern bathroom/toilet is equipped with a walk-in shower and a built-in sink with a large mirror.
A private parking space is available right next to the house—as is a lockable bike garage with a power outlet for e-bikes.
A linens package (towels and bed linens) can be booked as an add-on.
The visitor’s tax is billed separately.
- Unfortunately, rentals to construction workers are not permitted.
- Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Outside these hours, we must charge a flat fee of 25€.
