The unique floor plan, featuring a living-sleeping area on the first floor and a separate bedroom in the attic, provides quiet spaces to retreat to and room to relax and unwind.

The high-quality amenities—including a balcony, garden view, Wi-Fi, internet radio, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private parking space right next to the house—leave nothing to be desired.
In the shared garage, you’ll find a handcart, grill, umbrella, cushions, and patio furniture. Bicycles can be stored there safely. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washer & dryer, as well as plenty of space to hang your laundry.
