In NORDDEICH, only about 200 m from the water:
Beautiful middle unit in a row house for 5 people, with a bathroom with shower on the upper floor and a guest restroom on the first floor.
Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, blender, egg cooker, etc., stereo system, flat-screen satellite TV, and DVD player with MP3 and USB ports.
A washer-dryer combo is located upstairs. An iron and ironing board are provided.
On the upper floor, there are 2 large bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 1 single bed and 1 multifunctional bed with two sleeping surfaces), both of which were renovated in 2023. Both bedrooms have a TV, and one of them has a music player. Both bedrooms also have exterior roller shutters. There is no way to block out light in the living area. Shower room with toilet.
The first floor of the house is fully tiled. The upper floor has laminate flooring. Smoke detectors are installed.
The patio is furnished with stackable chairs and a side table, as well as a patio umbrella and a grill. A high chair and a crib are provided free of charge, along with games, books, DVDs, and audiobook cassettes. There is a stair gate on the upper floor. A handcart is also available for use, e.g., for trips to the beach.
