The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Ocean Wave and the ocean. Restaurants, shops, and the new Deck are all within a few minutes’ walk.
The “Deichhaus vorne” vacation rental is a beautiful, modern apartment located on the first floor of a three-family home.
The living-dining room, featuring an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a couch, two recliners, and a cozy dining set, offers plenty of space for a game night with family or friends. From here, you can step out onto the fenced-in patio, which is furnished with patio furniture and a sun umbrella and is simply perfect for sunbathing or relaxing.
The apartment has one bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, a satellite TV, and blackout pleated blinds.
The modern bathroom/toilet features a walk-in shower and a built-in sink with a large mirror.
A private parking space parking space is available right next to the house—as is a lockable bike garage with a power outlet for e-bikes.
A linens package (towels and bed linens) can be booked as an add-on.
The visitor’s tax is billed separately.
