This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
This country house with swimming pool offers you a unique relaxing stay to share with family or friends. Ideally located, it offers a beautiful compromise between tranquility (located in the heart of the vineyards and on the banks of the Lot) and accessibility (located 25 minutes from Cahors).PGJyPg
The single-storey house is located on a flat plot of 5000 m² which will offer you, with a little luck, the pleasant surprise of seeing the presence of a deer in the early morning.
At the back of the house a covered terrace on half of the surface area and a beautiful unfenced garden overlooking the Lot. In front of the house a 12x5 swimming pool fenced, treated with chlorine and secured (roller shutter), a pool-house with covered and illuminated barbecue dining area.
It has all the necessary comforts:
- Living room with French windows opening onto the terraces.
- Fully equipped kitchen (Oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob...).
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed and French window opening onto the terrace on the Lot side.
- 1 bedroom with 140x190 bed and window overlooking the pool.
- Bathroom with Italian shower.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Pool-house with covered terrace and barbecue.
-12x5 swimming pool with lighting, fence and roller shutter.
Baby equipment available on request, cot, high chair, deckchair etc..
The dovecote which is attached to the house has an entrance only from the outside. It is occupied from time to time by a person who knows how to be discreet, and who does not have access to the swimming pool, terraces, garden etc.
The property is located 3 kms from a SPAR and CasIno grocery store, pharmacy, three bar-restaurants, tobacconist-newsagent, two bakeries, hairdressers in the village of Luzech. A nautical base of caix (various aquatic activities and restaurant) is located 5 minutes away. It is also 25 minutes from Cahors and less than 15 minutes from Prayssac.
In addition to this, you will be located 1h-1h10 from the biggest tourist sites of the Lot (Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, St-Cirq-Lapopie, Grotte du Pech Merle, Cascades d'Autoire...) in order to enjoy the most beautiful experiences offered by the department.
