About this villa rental
Rent large house by the week or weekend (except July and August).
It is a recent Provençal type villa, located in the town of La Crau, a small residential town halfway between Hyères and Toulon, next to the tourist resort of Carqueiranne.
Ideally located in a peaceful area, the house is located 10 minutes from the large shopping centers (Grand Var and Avenue 83), 10 minutes from the first beaches, 15 minutes from the Giens peninsula by car...
You will be quiet with all the amenities and beauties of the region close to you!
It has 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, one of which has a private bathroom)
a separate toilet, a second upstairs with shower room.
The common areas consist of a large living/dining room and an open kitchen.
Outside, a large tiled terrace hosts the sauna and overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and the large straw hut .
All the facilities of the house are available:
large screen (+ 3 in the bedrooms)
internet, Netflix, canal +, kitchen utensils (very well equipped, it's my main😉 residence), 9 kg washing machine, ping-pong table, parking in the property, cot, high chair ...
Linen is to be expected since the new health measures related to Covid. ( 5 beds in 140, or optional)
