Unwind in Princeton at our Mississippi Hideaway! Located along the River in Princeton, IA you will experience beautiful views of the River from almost every room of this charming home.

Completely screened in and furnished with a swing and lounging chairs you will overlook the main channel of the Mississippi River. You will experience barges, boaters, and wildlife along the river. The Living Room also offers great views through two large windows facing the river. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials. The bedrooms also offer great views of the river. There is also a back deck with patio table, chairs, and a gas grill.
House is 8 minutes North of Historic Le Claire, IA which offers great shopping, dining, and recreation. 2 local restaurants, 1 within walking distance, and river access make this a great small-town spot to get away and enjoy the river life.

The kitchen had everything we needed and two cooks had plenty of space to work. The living spaces were open yet cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The screened in front porch was lovely with a nice view. There is also a nice back porch area. The property was very clean. The quiet neighborhood suited us. It was easy to get to surrounding communities like LeClaire and Davenport. The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again.

Good river view. House was clean, check in was simple, and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The train did wake me a few times.
