Please remember that you will be staying in our home, NOT a hotel. We do have neighbors; therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. We will respond as fast as we can through the VRBO app.
For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the EXTERIOR of this home is monitored 24/7 by Ring Home Security with video camera. Cameras monitor driveway, stairs, deck, patio, and riverfront.

This was one of the best VRBO stays we have every experienced. The location was close to everything on both sides of the river but far enough away to feel like a vacation from city life. The house was very comfortable and extremely clean. It had a very well stocked kitchen. The gas grill cooked our Meatheads brats to perfection. The wildlife was so much fun to watch. We were never sure who would be flying, swimming, or walking by the house. The neighbors made us feel like we had known each other for ages. Dave was so engaging with sending info on interesting places to eat and the "just in case" little security items. We will definitely look to book here again on future family visits. Dave, thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us and our family!!

Place was everything we were expecting and more. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Host was great to work with and available any time we had a question. Very relaxing place to be. Over all great property.

The view was amazing, and watching the bald eagle out back was a great way to relax. The house was super clean, and the hosts were great at communicating and checking in. We had a great stay and would definitely reccomend the place!
