Located near many popular destinations throughout the Quad Cities; just 3.5 Miles from TBK Sports Complex, 5 miles from downtown Leclaire, and 9 Miles from Downtown Davenport. Equipped with a large game room, bar, arcade games, darts, foosball, and much more! Round up the family for a vacation or staycation they will not forget! This property was designed for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. Also ask us about getting dock access! Additionally, Four-legged friends are welcome as long as they can respect the space (Standard Pet-Fee applies). Great house for watching eagles on the river. Fantastic casual game room with lots to do. A lot of stairs, making it a challenge for elderly or small children. The house was well stocked. Very pet friendly.

The house itself was very nice but the outside needs some TLC. The listing shows 2 bathrooms but in truth there is one full bath and a toilet with utility sink in the basement/game room area. The views were beautiful but sitting outside was not of interest
