-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st
-1 parking pass permitted.
-No golfcarts/trailers/motorcycles allowed.

-NOTE-**This is a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant or bar.**

The condo was very nice. Would appreciate cable tv or instruction to view local news and weather. There should be handrails on the beach access steps.
