I like the door code and not having to go to the registration office to check in/out. When my code did not work the first time after contacting property management, I was provided a new code to get in the room.
I did not like the code not working upon arrival. I did not like the parking. I did not like having to figure out how to get the hot water to work.

Never got one or told about it.
Did not talk to anyone. The room and was not as advertised as on the website. We asked for fresh towels and never received any towels. The game room was under construction was not told in your website. My kids was looking forward to game room no access. We were not offered breakfest didnt even know you could get breakfest.didnot use kitchen appliances or cookware didnt think it was very clean.

Beach access was amazing. Room was nice. The view was decent.
Sliding door was near impossible to open and close (room 410). Lack of staff for new towels or how to obtain them was frustrating. Having a broom and dust pan is ok but I would suggest a swifter in each room. Floor gets so dirty.
