Here's Your 5 O'Clock Somewhere

Location was convenient to the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. Pictures matched the listing so that was a good thing. Check-in was easy as well.

There was some confusion on the listing. After booking an email sent said there was enough space for parking for 2 vehicles. A day before check-in another email was sent with info that said parking was only allowed for 1 vehicle. Reached out and was told that it was 1 vehicle so we had to scramble to make arrangements as we had planned for 2 vehicles. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN BOOKING. I will say when I emailed inquiring they were very responsive. Also be aware that your parking pass must have an expiration date to be a valid pass!!

Our room was oceanfront, which was great. There’s a big pool outside, a lazy river outside, and a children’s area outside. There was also an outside bar, the bartender was great. There is a small gift shop/snack bar. They were also great people. There is a restaurant downstairs. Our room is included two double beds, the living room couch pulls out into a bed. And a bed in the wall.

The property was supposed to be no smoking, but there was a consistent smell of marijuana and cigarettes. My family member got hit with a cigarette when we were sitting on the balcony. Considering that we booked, apparently not with the hotel, but with a private person, we couldn’t get anything from the front desk. We had to go get extra toilet paper and towels. One of the Jacuzzi tubs did not work and was cold. The other Jacuzzi tub did not look clean. The water was murky. There was no hand soap provided for the bathroom. There was also no trashcan in the whole room besides a bathroom trashcan.
