Apartment for 4 people located in the town of Les Houches, at the foot of the Prarion gondola. Ideal for a family with two children. It is located in a luxury residence with a covered swimming pool heated all year round, in the immediate vicinity of shops (bakery, ski sales and rental shop, esf, bar, guinguette etc...).
The ski slope passes under the windows of the apartment. You leave and arrive directly on skis, without the need for a vehicle. In summer, many hikes in Les Houches or in the Chamonix sector are available to you.
The apartment, with a surface area of 40m2, has a master bedroom with a 140 double bed and a cabin bedroom with two single beds, preferably for children.
The single bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, electric hob, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a raclette oven and a fondue set. You will have all the necessary crockery. In the living room, the TV is equipped with TNT channels and you can connect to your various subscriptions (Netflix, Canal + etc...). You will benefit from a wifi connection.
The apartment has a balcony with a view of the Alps and the Aiguille du Midi.
You will have a ski locker at the entrance of the chalet and can park in one of the outdoor parking lots located within the residence, with an access barrier. As an option and on request, we provide you with a covered and private parking space, equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.
