Excellent location and cleanliness
Couldn’t contact local representative even when I need help. No response 😔 Inadequate materials provided including toilet paper ( 4 rolls for 4 persons at 5nights ) Dish washing tablets (1 only for 5 nights) and washing tablets ( 2 for 5 nights )

Excellent location - the Prarion resort cable car is only a 200-300 walk and you can almost ski-in in the afternoon. Also the view to the snowed mountains was very tranquil and wonderful.
However, although I called Caroline to ask her a few question a couple of hours before our arrival, she never answered or returned my call! Also something should be done with parking space. Parking every time was a struggle. Owner should consider removing the steel case.
