About this apartment rental

52sqm cocoon in a 2024 residence ideally located between the Prarion and Bellevue lifts. You'll particularly appreciate the two bathrooms, the private garage, the residence's relaxation area in season (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi), but above all the balcony and brazier to enjoy the unobstructed view in all seasons. This apartment in the “Les Mazots de Kayla” residence comprises the following rooms:

A ski locker, bike room and garage (1 space) complete this property. The residence's spa area (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi) is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and only from 15 December to 30 April and from 15 June to 15 September. Children under 14 must be accompanied.

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Halfway between the Prarion and Bellevue lifts (400m), so you can take full advantage of the mythical Les Houches ski area. A 10-minute walk will take you to the heart of Les Houches and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc.), although a few shops can also be found at the Prarion lift, such as an equipment manufacturer and a bakery. Chamonix town center 15 minutes away by car or public transport.

To discover the rest of the region by car, allow 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
