Great stay, lovely apartment.

Keys were easy to collect, accommodation was very clean, good selection of equipment to use. There is a communal washing machine in the basement of different building. Whilst there is a pool on site it was cold at 24 degrees and I wouldn't use again. Lovely view of slopes and mountains.

The main bed was very very soft, not to everyone's taste. The floor in the master bedroom is very squeaky, as are the internal doors, which was a little problematic for light sleeping children. Location great but up numerous steps and a fair way from the car parking area.

View costs it!

Amazing view from the balcony! Can ski in right from the slope. Hiking path to TMB. The apartment isn't that big for 6 people, but 2 adults and 2 kids i would say is max for a minimum comfort... all needed accessories provided in the kitchen. Owner is very nice and responsive to chat. Deposit 500 eur on check-in was returned during check out. But there is no signature for that.

Parking is far from the apartment, and you need to walk up a few levels up and stairs to the building entrance and then 2nd floor stairs.. You should be ready for this physically. Be aware that the swimming pool is in a separate building walking down the hill. Also, the laundry room is the same, and you need to get a coin from reception for the mashine.

Fantastic, great value for money

A fantastic apartment, located in close proximity to Le Prarion lift. Beautiful views of the Mont Blanc massif from the balcony. The swimming pool was great and the apartment was perfect our two small children (18 months and 3 years).

This is a great little apartment in Les Houches, minutes from the Prarion Gondola, ski hire and a great boulangerie for coffee, cakes and essentials. It is small, but has everything you need, great heating, a lovely heated pool on premise, and very kind owners and managers, who were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Les Houches is part of Chamonix valley with a free bus taking you to ski at other parts of the valley, but we actually preferred Les Houches so by the end of the week were just skiing there.

Great Location. Claudine you are a star

Great apartment for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, The Host Claudine who met us was very patient with us as we arrived later than expected due to traffic through Geneva area. ( Maybe a key box and code, with deposit paid the following day or through Paypal , for later arrivals as I have done in the past with other apartments might be an idea ). The pool was a great bonus...... Hopefully we will be back next year, Thanks again

I would not mind an increase in price to include linen and towels as an option when booking again in case of late arrival The front steps were difficult for my wife ( mobility issues, so we swapped with my daughter's apartment which was lower down the complex))

Exceptional place with exceptional service. Both owner and Concierge were very helpful.

Kitchen, rooms, books, lounge, bathroom, equipment. Amazing views. Direct access to ski slopes. Ski to chalet.

La cama de matrimonio esta para cambiar…muy incómoda y antiguo el colchón. Echamos de menos sartenes(se quedaba toda la comida pegada en las existentes ),trapos de cocina….
