L emplacement , l appartement tres fonctionnel, les équipements,le calme , la facilité de garer son véhicule, la vue , la proximité pour toute sorte d activités, la proximité des commerces des Houches
Le frigidaire un peu petit mais on s’adapte et un parasol de balcon serait fort utile pour profiter du balcon le matin quand le soleil est juste en face ( en été !)

Appartement tres agréable et situé avec une vue magnifique . Propriétaire sympathique et tres reactif suite a un problème d eau chaude réglé rapidement.

El emplazamiento está muy cerca del remonte para esquiar.
Instalaciones un poco desactualizadas. Camas con literas no aptas para adultos de más de 175, colchón y somier hundidos. Falta de limpieza de la campana detractora.
