>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible.
>SHOE-FREE ZONE As you step inside, kindly remove your shoes to help maintain the pristine condition of our home. We appreciate your care!
>NO SMOKING POLICY For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 20 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property.

Great hosts! Me and my gf stayed here for our 4 day trip and this was everything we could’ve asked for during our stay. Had all the necessary amenities AND it was only a 10-15 min drive to and from the city. Had no issue with finding parking. Would def stay again here :)

Very clean studio and excellent, very friendly, communication with the host. They even emailed a welcome packet with helpful transportation info and nearby attractions. They also provided a YouTube video with how to enter the property; since it sits behind another building depending on what street you enter from. Studio is as pictured. Amenities are nice. We especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was provided. It was helpful not to have to pack that for our trip. Coffee was also provided.

The room was private and cozy, perfect for our needs. Loved having all the games, and the Seattle decor was a nice touch. The room is well equipped with all your basic needs. We were a little confused about how to get in, the host had sent attachments with really good instructions, but we didnt notice them, so be sure to check the attachments for details. Overall - nice spot for a good nights sleep.
