1BR Tranquil Haven in Beacon Hill

We have family on Beacon Hill, so the location was perfect for us. Also, Vince was welcoming and reached out during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The flat was clean and the bed very comfortable.

A couple of amenities such as a corkscrew, wine glasses, and a few additions to the coffee service would have been nice. Otherwise everything was great.

Property was clean and spacious and has all the amenities needed. Free parking on the street was easy.

The property has a complicated system for confirmation which required personal information that is not typical when booking - a copy of my license, a partial copy of my credit card - it made me a bit uncomfortable but I did it because it was late in the date. And even after we did all this, I had to call to get them to give me the code. I got put into one person who had to transfer me to another, since the owner did not answer. When the person answered, they told me I had to do the confirmation and I had to tell them it was done. This process is way too burdensome.

Property was exactly as described, very affordable for the Seattle area, and super convenient to the Link light rail. Vince was very attentive.

The stairs, access to operating the tv. Air craft overhead.
