Large and newly remodeled 4bed/3bath Beach House with amazing outdoor areas & jetted spa. Located just a few steps (2 minute walk) from Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park- SB's favorite ocean-front park. Very spacious single-level home with high 10' ceilings and open floor plan. Outdoor area includes large deck, conversation pit w/ firepit, outdoor dining, and Sauna. Smart TV in every room. Located 1 mile from Downtown & just a short stroll to Santa Barbara's favorite beach. Pet friendly!
THE SPACE:
KITCHEN
Designer kitchen equipped with high 10' ceilings. Enjoy Italian custom cabinets and 48" six-burner Gas Range. Newly remodeled to perfection. Large center island with waterfall quartzite countertops and bar-style seating. A regal industrial beam supports the ceiling and adds a unique aesthetic. Large 16' sliding doors open directly to the beautiful outdoor spaces, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow.
LIVING ROOM WITH PICTURE FRAME TV
Stunning space with fireplace and oversized couch that seats 6-8 people comfortably. Large 75" Samsung picture frame TV becomes a piece of wall art whenever it's turned off. TV comes with Netflix and YouTube tv (similar to cable). Enjoy eye-popping furniture & décor. Fast Wifi throughout the house.
DINING ROOM
Very spacious dining room that can fit 8-10 people at the table, with open floor plan that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining. Large 16' sliding doors open directly to the beautiful outdoor spaces.
4 BEDROOMS
Extremely comfortable (brand new) King & Queen mattresses from Sit & Sleep's luxury line. Enjoy memory foam pillows, luxury linens, and blackout shades to get the perfect night's sleep, plus AC for perfect temperature control. Two of the 4 bedrooms have very large walk-in closets with custom cabinetry.
3 BATHROOMS
Newly remodeled bathrooms with marble floors, venetian plaster walls, stunning tile work and plush luxury towels. Large freestanding soaking tub in one bathroom. Stacked with luxury amenities, we provide all the following complementary to each of our guests: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, tissues, wash clothes, abundant towels, body lotion, both liquid hand soap and bar soap, and hair dryers.
OFFICE
Nice work space bathed in natural sunlight from the large sliding doors that open to our outdoor spaces.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Large deck, lounge chairs, outdoor seating with firepit, outdoor dining, Sauna, and 6-person jetted spa. The perfect get-away to soak up the beautiful Santa Barbara weather. If you desire more space, the beach and Shoreline Park is right across the street.
THE AREA
Picturesque Santa Barbara location close to countless beaches, parks, restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, hiking trails, the Pier, and only 2 miles from Downtown Santa Barbara. Quick 5 minute walk to Leadbetter Beach and a 5 minute walk to Santa Barbara's favorite ocean view destination - Shoreline Park. Only a short drive to Hendry's Beach (incredible off-leash dog beach). Very short drive to the Douglas Preserve (the most amazing blufftop preserve with epic sunsets set it nature paradise). The perfect coastal get-away!

5 stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!This place was amazing! The location is unbeatable—just a quick walk to the beach and close to everything in Santa Barbara. The house is newly remodeled, super clean, and beautifully designed. The hot tub was a huge bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back!
