* Only 1 non-shedding potty trained dog 50lbs or less is permitted.
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Guests understand air mattresses are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided.
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect (quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am) which may require decibel meters in outdoor areas in residential zones. These are not listening devices.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was excellent. Amazing location, house is set up perfectly, super clean, comfortable beds, quality items to use in the kitchen, easy to get in and out. Highly recommend. Already looking forward to staying here again!

I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one had everything we could ask for, was one of the most clean homes and just perfect! If you needed anything, they were there for you at a drop of a hat! It is in walking distance to the beach, so many restaurants and has amazing views. We will be staying here, again!

We loved everything about our stay! This home is beautiful. And the location is amazing. We had no issues during our stay. Communication with Haller Coastal Homes, before, and throughout our stay was excellent.
