A gorgeous palm tree view is waiting for you and your family on Dataw Island. Sleeping four, Bluff Villa 2014 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, perfectly situated overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. Guests can get their beauty rest in one of the two bedrooms: the first featuring a queen-sized bed located on the top floor and the second, two twins located on the main level. The twin bedroom also includes a private bath.
The living room is the perfect place to gather after a long day, offering a flat-screen television with plenty of seating. A gas log fireplace provides a quick way to dispel the morning and evening chill in the late fall and winter and is operational from November through February.
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, including both large and small appliances for your convenience. Dine as a group at the four-person table with additional seating found at the counter.
Settle into one of four chairs on the deck to end your day and listen to the soft sounds of the coastal wildlife as the sun sinks below the horizon. Bluff Villa 2014 is the perfect retreat to relax and let the peaceful scenery recharge your mind. Or be active and enjoy playing golf on one of the two 18-hole golf courses on the island.
This home is perfectly located within walking distance to some of the great Dataw Island amenities like the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, and restaurant. This home is also located 10 miles from Downtown Beaufort, 18 miles from Parris Island, and 16 miles to Hunting Island State Park. A washer and dryer are provided along with free Wi-Fi.
*Please be advised that this home has a 2-car maximum. Resort access requires a car pass to enter.
Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
*This villa accommodates up to one small adult, non-shedding, well-behaved dog under 30lbs. A pet fee of $300, plus additional taxes.

Amazing water views...very clean and efficient unit...the property management company and owner were very communicative and accommodating. Great things to do close by. We loved it so much we are looking to buy property here.
