Located in Harbor Island’s only four-unit villa building, this comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is ideal for a family vacation, couples’ getaway, or relaxing Lowcountry escape.
Inside, you’ll find cheerful coastal décor, updated bedding, and inviting spaces for spending time together. The dining table seats six, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the back deck to enjoy tranquil views of the protected bird rookery and glimpses of the Harbor River—a beautiful setting for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Beach access is conveniently located across the street, placing Harbor Island’s pristine 2½-mile beach within an easy walk. Guests also enjoy access to the Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club, including a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, fitness center, and playground.
The condo is approximately 10 minutes from Hunting Island State Park and 20 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, with Savannah and Charleston close enough for memorable day trips.
Pet policy: Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs weighing less than 50 pounds each are welcome. A $50 fee applies per dog. Cats are not permitted.
Parking: One vehicle pass is included with the reservation. A pass for one additional vehicle may be purchased for a fee based on the length of the stay. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted.
