This two-story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a loft, deck, and a screen porch. As you enter the home, you are welcomed into the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Enjoy the beach cottage feel of this room with its ample lighting and wooden beams above. The living room is a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy a movie or grab a snack and exit onto the screened in porch. The rear of the home boasts a screen porch, deck, and fenced in yard. Relax on the screened in porch with an afternoon snack while the kids play in the games in the yard. If you prefer the sun, then grab a chair or beach towel and catch some rays on the deck. The first floor has a bedroom with sliders that lead to the back deck and a full bathroom located in the hallway. The laundry area is also on the first floor and has a stackable washer/dryer. The first-floor bathroom has a tiled shower with tub. The second floor of the home has the remaining 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and loft. The kids can make the upstairs their own private area. A place where they can gather in the bedrooms and share their favorite part of the day or hang out in the loft and just socialize. Golf, tennis, swimming, kayaking, and trails are all available in Ocean Pines. The kids will love the multiple playgrounds and picnic areas. The Yacht Club is a great place to enjoy an evening meal and watch the boats float in. The Beach Club at 49th/50th street in Ocean City is the perfect spot to access the beach, have lunch, and take a dip in the pool.
