Canal front cottage perfect for relaxing and fun filled vacations in close proximity to Ocean City, Ocean Downs Casino and Assateague Island. Ocean Pines offers many amenities including the Yacht Club Pool and Marina, OC Beach Club, Golf Course, Skate Park, Raquetball, indoor/outdoor pools and playgrounds.
This charming updated two story canal front cottage is located on Ocean Parkway minutes from Route 90. Our cottage has three bedrooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around deck and a view of the canal. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and a view of the canal. There is a full bathroom on each floor both with walk in showers. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and a view of the canal. The living room is adjacent to the eat in kitchen which has a large table which also has a view of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals including microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen door leads to a large screened in porch with a table for eating crabs or your favorite beach fare. There is a gas grill on the deck for grilling. The large driveway has enough space for parking several cars. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the canal. Bring your fishing poles to fish off the pier.

Beautiful property. Communication with the property manager was great. Everything at the home was as described. Clean and comfortable home for our family. The Ocean Pines community also had tons of things to offer for our family like pools and the restaurant.

We owned a home in Ocean Pines for 17 years before moving to Florida. We love the area.
The house was spacious enough for both of us to work remotely without interrupting each other.
We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal.
There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening.
We enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed this clean and comfortable home. We really loved the porch and deck. Great location and a short drive to the Ocean City beach, boardwalk, and Assateague Island.
