Plus, this community boasts a shared pool, skatepark, sports courts, and a playground when you want to have a bit of fun closer to home base.
The interior of this gem will welcome each visitor with open arms after full days of excitement. The lower level will be ideal for entertaining and mingling from room to room with the open layout, high-end furnishings, and modern updates throughout. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.
Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.

The view is best part of rental. Nice deck overlooking the water. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood, updated interior. Well-appointed, all extras we needed were on hand. Good AC. Lower bedroom not quite as updated as rest of house. Had to wipe surfaces upon arrival, not dirty but definitely didn't feel that a very thorough cleaning was completed.
Code provided for lock box was incorrect. Reached an agent after about 20 mins on hold, not ideal as it was after a long drive, it was dark and mosquito-y. Had only warm water for first three days, Vacasa did send a plumber out to fix once we made them aware that there was no hot water.
Overall this is a very nice property and it met our needs. Just a few hiccups made for a less than ideal experience.
