The view is best part of rental. Nice deck overlooking the water. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

lovely house on the bay, the view was wonderful. we enjoyed the house and the bay very much.
Suggest not to go off season, nothing to do in OC until after May 25. But we had a very good time of rest and relaxtion.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood, updated interior. Well-appointed, all extras we needed were on hand. Good AC. Lower bedroom not quite as updated as rest of house. Had to wipe surfaces upon arrival, not dirty but definitely didn't feel that a very thorough cleaning was completed.
Code provided for lock box was incorrect. Reached an agent after about 20 mins on hold, not ideal as it was after a long drive, it was dark and mosquito-y. Had only warm water for first three days, Vacasa did send a plumber out to fix once we made them aware that there was no hot water.
Overall this is a very nice property and it met our needs. Just a few hiccups made for a less than ideal experience.
