It’s a really modern and nice space with great furniture

There was a problem with the boiler or something, because my whole stay the hot water lasted only 10 minutes after warming up 30-40 minutes, and after I had a talk with office multiple times it still has’t been solved, so I had to have really short showers and even wash my hair with hot water from cooking bowls. Also in my last days suddenly my shower started to flood. I would suggest changing the head of the shower as it was always popping out and the kitchen utensils because of some pans and covers! The problem with noisy neighbours it is not property’s fault, but having a mirror on the common wall of the bedroom with the other apartment, especially if they have kids running around, is not a good idea. I had to remove it, so I can sleep peacefully and not hear it bump into the wall. I understand the walls might be thin but to feel like you are never alone in your own apartment it’s not that pleasing, I believe.

The appartment was nice and cozy.

The exteriors or the entrance was dirty with leaves inside the building which gave a bad first impression. If it had a washing machine we would have stayed for another week. Also kitchen basics like oil, salt etc would be an incentive for people to stay.
