The location was ok and reflected our budget. We used it as a base. Easy walk to metro station etc...
The general area was a bit scruffy and run down, but the local People we talked to were friendly and helpful. Like some British city's you had to take care of your belongings etc... I wouldn't recommend being out at night in this area unless you werea very confident person
