Clean and recently renovated. The apartment is well equipped. We slept well. The sofa is not a sofa-bed so in my opinion there are only 4 places (2 double beds).

The neighborhood is quite bad: even the taxi drivers were surprised we had a b&b there. One bathroom is just a service one: very little.

The property is spacious, has 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and two balconies, which is great if you’re looking for privacy while traveling with others. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed and always responded quickly.

Everything was perfect other than the location. Although I knew it in advance, the location is a bit far from the center, though it is a convenient 6-minute walk to the closest metro station and offers diverse and affordable dining options. While Victoria Square and Derigni Street itself are fine, some of the surrounding alleys and smaller streets nearby can feel a bit sketchy and less safe at night, so I would recommend avoiding them. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a large immigrant population, which changes the vibe of the area compared to the main tourist hubs. The curtains inside the apartment could be changed since they’re visibly dirty and dusty.

My stay at this property was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and courtesy, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Additionally, the location was ideal — conveniently close to major attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.
