プール、乾燥機能付き洗濯機、タオル系、調味料、カトラリー類が準備されていたことが良かった。 全体的に清潔感が溢れていた。プールもかなり綺麗だった。 冷蔵庫も大きく食材をかなり多めに持ってきたが、問題なく入って良かった。
ホストとの連絡が当日のチェックインを過ぎても取れなかったこと。 15時頃到着したのに、玄関の扉にかかっている4桁南京錠の暗証番号が分からず、入室したのが17時半頃だった。 予約完了後すぐのテンプレートメッセージには施設使用の際の注意事項等が記載されていて、宿泊7日前から当日に度々連絡しても一度も返信が返ってこなかったこと。 南京錠の番号もチェックイン48時間を切ったら、個別のメッセージで教えていただけるということだったが、当日ホストに何十回電話しても出なかった。諦めずにかけ続けたところ、やっと電話に出て暗証番号を教えてもらえて入室できた。 事前に購入してきた食材や氷は、溶けたり痛んだりして使えなくなってしまった。 BBQコンロが温まりにくかった。 門扉に鍵が付けられなかったので、バルコニーやプールにいる際、警備的な部分で不安が大きかった。内鍵が閉められるようにして頂きたい。
