The agent i booked on didn't answer the call, i stood there by security for more than hour tryna call for confirmation of room number. And my booking said two beds but i had only one

The size of the apartment.
The bathroom had an odor and didn't have any windows for ventilation. Also the light was so dull in the bathroom. Also the door of the apartment had wasn't good at all. Lastly after going out the night I back and found gum in the key slot. As if someone was targeting me or being a complete buffoon.
