The place was clean. The staff from the security to the cleaners were friendly and so understanding.

If you're leaving feedback for accommodation, you could phrase it like this: I'm not sure whether it was an oversight, but I didn't find any room supplies such as shower gel, shampoo, bath soap, or dishwashing liquid. I wanted to make sure I left the dishes clean and didn't leave a mess for housekeeping. I would appreciate it if these items could be provided for guests in the future. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

The actual room was nice and cozy, it was very intimate my partner and I enjoyed

The front desk. We had an issue from checking in, the lady that was supposed to provide us with the room details was nowhere to be found until the time it suited her, apparently that's what she does. When we were checking out, we had an issue with opening the door, to which we tried asking the security to assist. He just blatantly told us that he doesn't have the code and continued conversing with his girlfriend he was with and they were all cozy not even caring about our situation. Once he decided to open the door for us, he then decided that he won't open the last door for us to exit, my partner had to argue with him so we can leave to which when we proceeded to leave the security said "HOPE YOU HAVE A BAD DAY AND NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BUILDING". He cannot address customers like that, I'm not there to do anyone but myself a favour.
