Security at reception was the best kind and friendly.
Place was clean and neat thank you for that.
The bed was comfortable and clean bedding used
Collection of the key was not a mission at all just the code for the main door was not sent, I waited for a long time to get it and so was the struggle during checking out time.
The towels were torn and the there was no hand soap only lotion.
The bedside table needs fixing our things kept on falling off

The fact that the balcony door doesn’t lock and the curtain is not nicely hanged.
