Cozy Urban Oasis

The owener was outstanding with me, answered every single question in few minutes and helped me even with advises in my trip. Moreover, the department was good, everything was cleaned and ordered. The only problem is that is not so easy to get with the room and the entery but in general ir was fine.

It was absolutely warm, comfortable, neat and a home away from home. Well decorated space. And the host was an absolute sweetheart.

This was my second stay at Cozy Urban Oasis, and once again, it was an excellent experience. On my first day, everything met my expectations except for the chairs at the table, as I needed more suitable seating for working on my computer. I raised this with the host, and the matter was addressed immediately. This level of responsiveness speaks volumes — the host genuinely listens to feedback, values her guests, and takes prompt action to improve their experience. Overall, this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed, made even better by a host who is attentive, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction.
