O facto de ser perto dos locais que eu precisava ir.

Não fazem limpeza fiquei 7 dias sem limpeza sem lençóis trocados. Também não havia utensílios da cozinha. Cozinhar era um desafio enorme . Não sai água quente só de vez e quando. O fogão era um desafio acender

I liked the room, and the bathroom. i liked bathroom the most because it was more bright.

i guess the communal setting was a bit of a surprise, as well as the lack of utensils and a little complementary teas/coffees in the room. hacks and tricks of how to use the shower could've also been communicated a bit earlier.

The place was clean, everything was exceptionally good

There was no hot water

The power tripped twice the first time upon arrival but as promised it was fixed within an hour. The second time around the technician was on site to fix it within 10 minutes. The hot water regulator kept increasing and decreasing the temperature of the hot water. So the water went cold then hot and then cold again within seconds. Was very annoying. Eventually the water temperature stayed consistent but I was already annoyed at that point
