Lush Stay in Observatory

The host was very communicative with us. The place and location was beautiful and safe.

The location is very quite and nice. My daughter was entertained by Netflix movies thanks to that. It is clean.

The bathroom dustbin was not empty that I didn’t like, can they also Normalize changing blankets each and every check out so we do not use the same blankets others used

I liked the interior and the aesthetic. It’s exactly how it looks in the photos. The lighting, both natural and artificial were amazing and a lot of items were provided; towels, cooking and eating utensils, etc.

I did not like the area, solely for the fact that the were many power outages. Upon arrival there was no electricity, it came back after a few hours and was on for about 6hrs until it went away again and it seemed to be in the complex only at that point. This was extremely disappointing as we booked one nights stay on New Year’s Eve. We couldn’t cook upon arrival or even cook breakfast for check out.

The property was fine, and easy to finding.

Opening the main door was a struggle. Also struggled with hot water from the bath tub. Some of the kitchen cupboard were not clean. The dish washing clothes are worn out. When we opened the sink tub, water was leaking.
