Property is old grand and beautiful very spacious more than enough room 2 of the bedrooms had an adjoining door one bedroom had its own en suite. Hosts very accommodating and allowed us a later check out

Balconies were not furnished and we were told non smoking so down 4 flights of stairs to the garden for a cigarette. The villa was very cold the one radiator we saw was not emitting any heat and was noisy as it was full of air we were instructed not to touch the heating controls or adjust them. the 2 air conditioning units were helpful but didn’t give enough heat to heat the building so we had to wear coats or thick sweaters inside and getting a shower wasn’t pleasant due to the cold I imagine it’s lovely in the summer. We arrived late around midnight and the host hadn’t left any water or supplies therefore had to walk around Naples at 1am trying to find somewhere open just for drinks which wasn’t great after a long travel day. No kettle only a coffee maker which we didn’t know how to use so we were boiling pans of water for hot drinks eventually we purchased a kettle from a local market and left there for other guests to use. Location is around a 40 - 50 min walk from the center around 24 euros in taxi. Overall a nice stay but heating issues need sorting for the winter months.
