Remote check in was easy and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment early. Our host Antonia was friendly, informative and responded quickly to any questions. She also gave us a list of helpful recommendations. The apartment decor was cute and colorful— fit the laid back vibe of Naples. Everything was clean, quiet and convenient for our family. We really liked how the apartment was close to the train station because we booked 2 tours that left from Starhotel terminus (approximately a 7-minute walk away). Highly recommend if you want to be close to the train station and tour meetups.

The lift is small and the apartment is located on the 6th floor. It would be difficult if mobility is an issue. Also, Monday to Friday you have to pay for the lift. It’s only 10 cents to use the lift, and our host left a lot of 10 cents in a bowl inside the apartment. It would have been nice to have a washing machine, but overall we’re still glad we chose this apartment.

L'appartamento é carinissimo, pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i servizi: cucina dotata di tutto, phon, condizionatore. L'appartamento é molto grande, con due camere, due bagni, un salone con divano letto e una cucina. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova vicinissima alla stazione centrale. La padrona di casa é gentilissima e molto accogliente.

The host was very sweet & proactive - she unfortunately had to wait for us to ensure that we are given the keys in time & do not face any troubles later The apartment was neat & clean. Well equipped & provisioned for a comfortable stay.

The approach to the apartment - Couldn't imagine my wife being in that building by herself, it was so scary. The building was old, run down & under construction, the lift could barely fit 3 people, and it all just seemed too unsafe. We were very reluctant to stay in the apartment overnight, and fled as soon as we could early morning. Overall, the city itself felt quite unsafe & unwelcoming to us - maybe it was that playing in the back of our heads.
