Dirty oven and pots

Location was very good if you like pubs and clubs

Two steep dodgy flights of dark dingy stairs to get to the flat, pir light only came on when you were at the top of the stairs. , Cleanliness of oven and pots was awful. Disgustingly filthy oven, toaster and pots, left over fag butts in a bowl on porch. We complained about the dirty oven etc and owner said they cleaned it but it was just as dirty after. Dangerous. stair access and a bit noisy on a Thurs Fri & Sat night

Great apartment in central Congleton

Very lovely and cosy apartment, much more spacious than we expected. It has two double bedrooms, plus a single and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is a good size, and the location is great, right in the centre of Congleton, surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. While it can get lively outside especially on a Saturday night, the windows block out most of the noise, so it didn’t bother us too much. Marina was a responsive and thoughtful host, she seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

You’ll need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so something to keep in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage. There’s no microwave. Although a halogen oven is provided, we would’ve preferred having a microwave for convenience. While we knew there was no parking at the property, finding street parking (that was close to the apartment) was a bit difficult, especially on the weekend, due to its central location.

Lovely apartment . Didn't realise when we booked had to go up two flights of stairs. We had two heavy suitcases . We should have looked into it further . Would have been nice to have list of instructions there for you to read . The host informed about everything but a lot of information to take in

missing a microwave for a quick bite after working late without cooking. the pullout bed mattress was uncomfortable

Great Apartment centrally based with a nice homely feel to it.

It is a lovley spacious two bed apartment right in the centre of town. The rooms are big and there is plenty of sapce and they is even an outdoor roof terrace seating area. The host is great and was happy to answer any questions. Arrival at the property is was very smooth and there are near by car parking options. We would definitely stay here again

A super property in the heart of historic Congleton town.

Right in the heart of Congleton, a beautiful little market town situated just over the Cheshire border from Staffordshire. The property itself is spacious and very comfortable with all of the essentials and more. Whether you want a base from which to explore the many places of interest in Cheshire or Staffordshire this location is perfect. I was amazed at the size of the property, two good sized bedrooms, each with a double bed with wardrobe and drawers, plus single and double sofa beds in the living room. The property also has a small deck with patio furniture to relax outside on sunny days. Just a few seconds away from the front door you have a great selection of bars and restaurants serving food, great breakfast through to dinners and drinks. The kitchen is fully loaded with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, dining suite etc. giving you the choice of eating in if you prefer. The spacious bathroom is clean, it has both a bath tub and a stand alone shower unit. Soaps, bath salts, shower gel and shampoo provided. The host was kind and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Although the property doesn't have its own parking spot public parking can easily be found nearby, roadside or paid parking. For us, we just used Taxi and Uber, being in town we found both to be readily and immediately available. Overall a great location and a super property, highly recommended.

Great property!

Property is very clean and situated right in the centre of Congleton. The host is very friendly and helpful. The flat is much larger than I thought. It has two good sized bedrooms, a large living room and an outside terrace. Had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend!
