Very lovely and cosy apartment, much more spacious than we expected. It has two double bedrooms, plus a single and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is a good size, and the location is great, right in the centre of Congleton, surrounded by restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. While it can get lively outside especially on a Saturday night, the windows block out most of the noise, so it didn’t bother us too much. Marina was a responsive and thoughtful host, she seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. We’d definitely recommend staying here!
You’ll need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so something to keep in mind if you’re carrying heavy luggage.
There’s no microwave. Although a halogen oven is provided, we would’ve preferred having a microwave for convenience.
While we knew there was no parking at the property, finding street parking (that was close to the apartment) was a bit difficult, especially on the weekend, due to its central location.
