Location, comfort, cleanliness
We were promised a replacement garden chair so we could sit outside for breakfast and to enjoy the beautiful evenings but it did not arrive. Such a shame as the weather was perfect.

the garden was disgusting garden chairs broken all plants in planters dead and when our concerns about the grass were raised to finest retreat on monday 6 th they said it was cut every two weeks which was clearly not true and was still not maintained when we left the following sunday meaning we had to sit on concrete driveway on a nighttime and buy our own chairs to sit on

This is our second stay. We love the view! Also, the cleanliness throughout. Good facilities in the kitchen. Thoughtful provisions. Bathroom great. Comfy bed. The new sofa is a real improvement! We appreciated the ease of parking which is always an issue with stays in Marazion.
There's nothing we don't like. Polite suggestions for improvements are perhaps a footstool, a throw and a small side table next to the new sofa.
Also, during high winds the front garden fence was rocking. It didn't bother us but may need looking into.

The property had everything we needed except a tea cosy. Great view st. Micheal’s mount from living room. Inside decor is great. Shower is a big plus (in comparison to other properties we stayed at)
Originally, difficult to find the property - i missed the fact that the house drive and entrance is behind a closed gate. Bed was too narrow. The cooker hob pictures have worn off of the hob - to find out which button controls which hob - you have to refer the the user manual every time you cook
