Casa SEBA, Modern Retro Escape I 2 Bedrooms, Parking, Elevator, Crib

Modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Easy parking close by, shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The air conditioning was well utilized during the heat wave. Really good shower, everything seemed to be well thought out, Rosa and Andrea were very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond.

Ben arredata; posizione ottima: stando in città non serve usare l’auto, supermercato immediatamente sotto casa e se si vuole fare qualche escursione in macchina c’e’ grande opportunità di parcheggio. Vista sulla Valle D’itria con annesso aperitivo al tramonto…letto comodissimo, doccia altrettanto comoda…illuminazione degli ambienti regolabile in vari modi…ascensore comodo

Very nicely appointed and furnished. Clean and comfortable and very close to the centre of old Martina Franca. Bathroom and shower very modern and fantastic water pressure which is not always the case in Italy. The lovely host (and his lovely mum!) made the whole stay personal and family like. Loved it!!!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Seba. Andrea (host) arranged for his mother Rosa to meet us at the property and provided us with lots of useful information regarding the local area. We had a small problem trying to find the apartment initially but this was speedily rectified by direct communication with Andrea. It is an ideally situated 3rd floor apartment in Martina Franca with lift access, just a short walk to the historical centre. It is very modern, well equipped and has some lovely furnishings, artwork and beautiful books about the Puglia area. Martina Franca is beautiful but also a great base for exploring the other towns in the Valle D’Itria including Alberobello, Locorotondo, Poglignano a Mare, Cisternino - all beautiful and worth a visit. Parking is directly in front of the apartment and costs €5 / day. Get the Easy Park App and you can book it on there with a small commission fee.

We found the apartment street / address with no problem but could not locate the actual apartment - a photo route or video would have been useful plus details of floor property is on and name of apartment.
