Balcone in Valle d'Itria

Hemos pasado 8 noches fantásticas en el precioso apartamento de Mary y Angelo, que son unos anfitriones de lujo. El apartamento es inmejorable, muy espacioso, todo está nuevo, limpio, perfectamente equipado y con una impresionante terraza al Valle de Itria. Mary y Angelo han estado atentos a totas nuestras necesidades durante la estancia, colmándonos de atenciones. El apartamento está situado cerca del centro, muy próximo a la zona monumental y a un gran número de restaurantes. Es un excelente punto desde el que hemos conocido Locorotondo, Alberobello, Polignano al Mare, Monopoli, Matera, Bari, etc. Sin ninguna duda un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Nada que reseñar, todo perfecto

The apartment is without peer, it is spacious, luxurious with the outlook from the apartment windows, and its balcony, being absolutely spectacular. The kitchen allows a sense of independent catering whilst enjoying the close proximity to the interesting towns in the valley. To return to the apartment after a day’s exploring is such pleasure. Soundproofing is very effective and a stocked pantry and refrigerator was most appreciated. Angelo and Mary were very attentive to their guest’s needs and we enjoyed fresh Cornetti delivered to our door each morning.

The stairs are not so good if you have too much luggage but there was help offered if needed.

We had been traveling around Italy for just over 3 weeks and we can honestly say that this was the best accommodation we had encountered. Angelo and Mary had thought of everything, from a stocked fridge, including fruit, a stocked pantry including breakfast and biscuits, to the morning fresh pastries delivered to our front door each morning and even a lovely surprise on our arrival. A beautiful balcony with amazing views. A washing machine and an outside clothes line were so much appreciated. The apartment was modern, brand new, comfortable and spacious. Angelo was very kind when I mentioned we were having trouble with trains/buses from Matera that he came and collected us , wow such wonderful thoughtful service. He also offered to take us to Lecce if the trains were having issues as well. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the historic centre of town, around the corner from a bus stop that took us to Alberobello and Locorotondo on day visits. This is a great base for exploring Puglia. Don’t hesitate just book it. Thankyou Angelo and Mary for your kind hospitality and our wonderful stay!

Excellent communication. The cleanest place we have ever stayed! Photos were accurate. The hosts provided everything necessary to make breakfasts, including fresh pastries each morning. It is right on the edge of town, so it is easy to drive out to nearby villages. At the same time, it is very easy to walk into old town Martina Franca.
