La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca de la playa y con supermercados alrededor, pequeño, acogedor y para dos personas está muy bien. Cuenta con todo tipo de menaje para el día a día.
El unico inconveniente es que se encuentra en zona de discotecas y por las noches pasa bastante gente y al ser un bajo se oye. Quizas la limpieza, habia un nordico con alguna mancha y por detrás de las mesillas habia pelusas y polvo. La grifería se veian marcas de cal y suciedad No tenia enchufes en las mesillas por lo que las lamparas de la mesilla no podias encenderlas ni cargar el telefono. El baño muy justo de espacio y al ducharte el agua de salía por la puerta de la mampara, muy incomodo tener que estar todo el rato fregando el piso para recoger todo el agua que salía

la atencion prestada, tuvimos problemas con la puerta de entrada que no abría y rápidamente nos dieron una solución reubicandonos en un aparamento diferente. la valoración del apartamento corresponde al nuevo apartamento que nos dieron que se encontraba en perfecto estado y muy limpio.
