Die Lage ist top. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und am Strand. Wenn nebenan nicht gerade gebaut wird, ist es sehr ruhig. Gesicherte Hausanlage. Garten sehr gepflegt.
Der Fernseher und die Waschmaschine gingen leider beides nicht. Das Licht vor der Wohnungstür auch nicht, was es erschwert das Schlüsselloch zu finden. Der Sessel müsste mal gereinigt werden. Und die Matratze dringend ausgetauscht. Sie ist wirklich mehr als Durchgelegen.
