The host (possibly agency) has few flats and doesn't pay attention to detail. My flat was dirty.

Location is ideal

As soon as I walked in and opened the toilet door, there was an awful smell, which had to be looked at. The shower was completely blocked, which meant that it wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. Otherwise, the cleaners would have let the host know. Unacceptable. I asked the host to move me to another place or sort my shower, they did sort it in the end but I can't say I had relaxing stay as I spent my time messaging and managing this issue. I can't remember anyone saying an apology either. I will not stay there again.
