A casa é ampla, e bem iluminada e arejada, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha. Tem ar condicionado e fica super perto da Marina e dos pontos principais de Olhão.
A rua onde fica a casa, passam pessoas a noite com malas e fazendo barulho, pois tem bares bem perto e dos quartos se escuta tudo. Para estacionar é bem complicado, pois além da rua ser muito estreita, conta-se com a sorte de ter vaga ou não.
