Gorgeous sea view apartment

Location was perfect! The apartment has a view over looking the sea, gardens and markets and is ideally situated close to many many restaurants and bars. It is very quirky with a double height ceiling in the lounge and a small balcony overlooking the sea front which catches the breeze. There is a fabulous terrace at the rear of the property which gets the sun all day and both bedrooms have double doors which open onto this. We arrived on a very early flight and after messaging the owner the lovely Patricia arranged to meet us with the keys and show us round.

As this is an older building access to the apartment is via a traditional stone staircase which is the equivalent of two fights so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. A parasol on the terrace would be a great addition as the terrace does not benefit from the breeze and whilst there is adequate shade this is taken up by the dining table and lounge set. Unfortunately the hot tub mentioned in a previous review is out of order which was a shame.

We loved the location, the view, the space in the apartment , the ability to open up the double doors, and our dog loved sitting on the balcony!

Nothing One thing to mention though. The address we used in our GPS from Booking.com took us to the same road name but in a different town about 15-20 minutes away. Maybe worth checking the post code numbers?

Very nice big, airy apartment. The central location is excellent and we found it easy to park nearby in October. The hot tub was a great touch

The restaurants downstairs were a bit noisy until late but bearable
